This outstanding class taught us how to conceptualize and analyze organizational leadership issues, approaches, and potential solutions.
Reflection/Analysis - What a joy to dig deep into Bolman and Deal's Reframing Organizations (and other work) and come up with fresh thoughts and new skills about leadership. While this paper on the City of Asheville's Downtown Management Team is not all I'd like it to be (but I stand by it, it's pretty good!), I hesitated to include myself as an actual artifact. Not kidding, if there is one "thing" that best displays what I took from this class, it me and my ability to better understand how different leadership frames can help me and my organization through tough times.
