Steph Forward

After 21 years helping the City of Asheville, NC plan and develop projects that matter, I'm officially taking some time off to plan my own next chapter.

If you love parks and public spaces, creative commercial endeavors, waterfronts, and all manner of arts and culture, please stay in touch with me.

WHAT'S NEXT

Starting in 2027, I'll be your teammate or project lead-for-hire right here in the Western North Carolina region.

Until then, I'll be exploring all kind of parks and public spaces, bookstores, dive bars, lecture halls, front porches, bike paths, museums, lakefronts, historic sites, and dinner tables in preparation for what comes next. Invite me to come see your work or favorite place!
